ProVisors (founded as Professionals Network Group, Inc. or PNG) is a community of senior level professionals who serve their clients as trusted advisors and share the highest standards of integrity, performance and accountability. Each member belongs to a ProVisors group that meets monthly to build valuable relationships, share information, exchange business opportunities, refine their marketing skills and collaborate for the benefit of their clients and one another. Members represent different disciplines and specialties from such fields as law, accounting, banking and finance, insurance and consulting.
NOTE: This is NOT an application for membership. It is the first step for a prospective member to visit a ProVisors group to determine if he/she wants to join. Completion of this form is not acceptance for membership.
Who are suitable members?
Trusted Advisor: Uniquely occupies a position of trust with clients. They regularly turn to him/her for guidance on business and personal matters, both within and outside of the professional's discipline. Thus, the trusted advisor exercises substantial influence over his/her client's affairs; enjoys long-term client relationships; and regularly introduces clients to other professionals to help them achieve specific goals.
Referral Maker: Makes and receives quality referrals and introductions on a regular basis. In short, he/she is a rainmaker.
Gateway: Regularly and proactively shares valuable information and resources with others.
Professional: Possesses the integrity, accountability, accessibility, appropriate licenses, technical skills and proven professional ability to deliver exceptional levels of service to the business community.
Connector: Builds consensus, infuses energy and enthusiasm into the group, and connects professionals and resources. Professionals who are at the top of their game, as well as future rainmakers with good deal/client/prospect flow who want to share/connect others.
Enthusiasm: Positive and proactive people who add depth and meaning to their ProVisors group and the broader ProVisors community.
Markets Served: Principally service middle market companies, their owners and other high net worth individuals and connect at the owner or CEO/CFO/COO level.
ProVisors is a relationship-based community, not a leads-based networking organization. Our members are highly committed to building valuable relationships with one another by participating in their regular monthly meetings and assigned troikas, guesting at other group meetings. collaborating with one another, being responsive to referrals/introductions by fellow members, sharing information, recruiting new members and respecting one another's privacy.
ProVisors has a non-solicitation policy. For more information about this policy, please review Section 18 of the Member Handbook (found on the website under Prospect/Member Information) BEFORE you attend a meeting as a guest. ProVisors members do business with each other's clients. In fact, this is one of the hallmarks of ProVisors - that members do not sell to each other. Direct and/or persistent soliciting of business and unsolicited distribution of marketing materials to other members is not only frowned upon, but may be grounds for expulsion. We are committed to safeguarding open communication and appropriate sharing among members.
Group meetings are from 7:30am to 9:00am. Each group meets once a month on the same day each month at a designated location. Members and guests arrive by 7:15am to network.
Annual membership dues are $1200.
As a prospective member of ProVisors, we want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the benefits you will derive from ProVisors membership and that you understand the level of commitment required in order to realize these benefits. When responding to the questions below, we do not expect you to mention specific client/prospect/referral sources by name in your answers.
Upon completion of this questionnaire we will notify you via email that we have received your information. The questionnaire will assist us to find the most appropriate group for you to attend as a guest based on your profession/specialty and geographical preferences. |
